Planning Your Visit

PLEASE NOTE: In preparation for the installation of our new Columbian mammoth sculptures, there will be construction work in the museum’s courtyard from Thursday, September 13 to Friday, October 5, with intermittent sidewalk closures along 15th Avenue.  

We will be open during regular hours throughout the construction period. Please call 541-346-3024 with any questions about your visit.

The museum and museum store are open Tuesday through Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Military Families: From Memorial Day through Labor Day, we offer free admission to veterans, active-duty military, and their families (with ID) through the Blue Star Museums program.

MNCH exhibits are fully wheelchair accessible. A wheelchair is available on a first-come, first-served basis for visitor use.

Limited visitor parking is available with a permit from the admission desk.
